It is the aim of this project to raise some money for charity by participants arranging for family and friends to sponsor them to complete the challenge. There will be prizes for the most amount of sponsorship raised.

The Dundonnell Mountain Rescue Team
DMRT operates in a vast area of rugged and remote mountainous country. The team of around 35 volunteers is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help anyone in difficulty on the hills, mountains or crags in an area spanning more than 2,000 square miles.

RNLI North Kessock, Inverness
Saving lives at sea. The RNLI is the charity that provides a 24-hour lifesaving service around the UK and Republic of Ireland. Kessock is one of Scotland’s youngest lifeboat stations, operating an inshore B class Atlantic 75 lifeboat. For over 10 years the lifeboat crews have launched the lifeboats, not only to save lives at sea but also to save lives inland during flooding

Rotary Club of Inverness Culloden
The Rotary Club of Inverness Culloden meets at the Lochardil Hotel in Inverness, and currently has a membership of 45 men and women. The club has a short but energetic history, and has developed steadily since it began in 1998. The club was formed with a core of 29 founder members, 13 of whom are still members today, and in common with all other Rotary clubs is fully committed to supporting the community of which it is part, as well as the wider international community.
